Pilot Production

OLEOTEK offers services of a scale-up of production process as well as pilot production:

• Synthesis of oleochemicals from 100 grams (laboratory scale), to tens of kilos (kilo-lab scale), to several tons (pilot plant scale).
• Formulation services (mixture preparation) offered on the same scales (laboratory, kilo-lab, and pilot plant).
• Scale-up of production process: upgrading of a production process from lab-scale to kilo-lab scale, to pilot plant scale.
